Abode Handicrafts is a premium handcrafted marble and epoxy furniture brand based in India, offering handmade home décor products including marble furniture, epoxy furniture, metal wall art, metal wall clocks, and candle stands.

• Product images on our website are for reference only — actual products may vary slightly
• Natural stone products such as marble may have unique veining and markings that differ from display images
• These natural variations make your piece truly one of a kind and are not grounds for return or refund

Pricing & Payments

• All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error is identified
• Payment must be completed successfully before order processing begins

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on orders below ₹5,000 only

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only on orders below ₹5,000
• For orders above ₹5,000 online payment is mandatory
• COD availability is automatically displayed at checkout based on your order value
• We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if delivery address is unverifiable
• Repeated COD order cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your account

Order Confirmation

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment
• You will receive an order confirmation via Email and WhatsApp
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• In case of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be processed

Custom & Personalised Orders

• Custom orders require a minimum 50% advance payment
• Remaining balance must be paid before dispatch
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Delivery timelines for custom orders will be communicated at order confirmation

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India with free shipping on all orders
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
• Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days from dispatch
• For products with longer lead times, timelines are mentioned on the product page
• Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and Email upon dispatch
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Contact us via WhatsApp or Email to request cancellation
• Full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

After Dispatch:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
• You may initiate a return as per our Return & Refund Policy

Custom Orders:

• Cannot be cancelled once production has begun

User Generated Content

By tagging @abodehandicrafts or sharing photos of our products on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost your content on our social media channels with credit. If you wish to have your content removed, please contact us.

WhatsApp Communication

By providing your WhatsApp number at checkout you consent to receiving:

• Order confirmations and tracking updates
• Promotional messages and launch announcements

Limitation of Liability
